Built From Work. Built For Workers.
Black Collar Coffee was built for the people who get up early, put in the hours, and keep this country moving.
We’re not here to make coffee sound fancy.
We’re here to make coffee that works.
This brand was created to honor the memory of a fallen brother who was a tradesman and combat veteran. His life, his work, and his service are part of the foundation Black Collar Coffee is built on.
That’s why our mission is bigger than coffee. We promote trade education awareness and donate to Stop Soldier Suicide.
Because the people who build, fix, serve, protect, and restore deserve to be seen.
Family Built
Neil and Chip are brothers.
Ben's son married Neil's daughter.
Two Cajuns from Louisiana and a tradesman from West Texas - around here, that makes us family.
Black Collar Coffee is family-built, mission-driven, and made for the kind of people who don’t need applause to show up and do the work.
Neil
The Coffee Guy
Neil’s coffee obsession started early.
Back when he was a teenager playing bass, he noticed something about the older musicians who could outplay everyone in the room. They all seemed to run on coffee.
So maybe coffee was the secret weapon.
Years later, Neil and his daughter Sydney spent Saturdays hunting down small independent coffee shops and trying different brews. That love of coffee, family time, and early morning grit eventually turned into Black Collar Coffee.
Ben
The Tradesman
Ben knows the trades because he lives them.
He’s a career tradesman and the owner of Hands & Hammers Restoration Services in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
He knows what it means when the phone rings at 4:00 AM and a family needs help after a flooded house, storm damage, or a disaster they never saw coming.
Ben has spent his career restoring homes, salvaging possessions, and helping families get back on solid ground.
For him, the trades are not just work.
They’re a calling.
Chip
The Connector
Chip is the guy who never meets a stranger.
He can walk into a room cold and leave with three new friends, two good stories, and a sales lead.
He’s a natural salesman, marketer, and relationship builder who keeps things light, keeps people talking, and knows how to connect with just about anyone.
At Black Collar Coffee, Chip handles sales outreach and helps get our coffee in front of the people it was made for.
When he’s off the clock, he’s usually outside camping, fishing, hiking, or chasing the next stretch of open air.
What We Stand For
Black Collar Coffee is for tradesmen, veterans, first responders, and the working people who earn their cup before most folks hit snooze.
No fluff.
No weak coffee.
Just coffee built for the people this page is about.
Earned Every Morning.
