Shipping policy

Black Collar Coffee is small-batch roasted, and orders are roasted, bagged, and shipped Monday through Friday.

If you need to modify your order for any reason, please immediately contact us at support@blackcollarcoffeeco.com with your order number in the subject line and the requested modification in the body of the email.  The cutoff time for modifications is 5:00pm PST.  Orders that have been fulfilled cannot be modified. 

All coffee orders are delivered through USPS. Coffee orders typically ship 2 - 5 business days after being placed. Once your order ships you can expect it to arrive within 1 - 5 business days. 

Coffee orders are shipped free and will be sent separate from merchandise orders.

Merchandise ships separate from coffee, with Economy and Standard shipping options available.

At this time both expedited shipping and international shipping are not available.
