Cancellation policy

Black Collar Coffee is small-batch roasted and in most cases roasted the next business day by 5:00 PM PST after your order is placed. If you made an error in your coffee selection please reply to your order confirmation e-mail, or e-mail support@blackcollarcoffeeco.com by 5:00pm PST on the day of your order to modify or cancel your order.

Black Collar Coffee Co. cannot guarantee order modifications or cancellations made after 5:00pm PST as our batching has already begun for the following day.

For merchandise orders, please reply to your confirmation e-mail by 1:00 PM CST the following business day to modify or cancel your order.
